Prosecco by another name. It’s made from Glera grapes grown in the Prosecco region, but because its second fermentation happens in bottle (just like champagne and unlike the big, mass-production tanks used in actual ‘Prosecco’) it can’t be called ‘Prosecco’. But thank goodness! This is proper wine, unfiltered for a slightly hazy look, it’s so much more interesting a delicious for it.
