“Beautifully bone dry perry with green almond, pear skin and honey flavours with a hint of lemony freshness too. This really is cider-making at the top of its game and would make a fine switch for a sparkling wine. A friend of cheese, pork belly, fish and chips or anything food with a bit of flab to it!”
what producer says
This perry undergoes a secondary fermentation within the bottle in order to gain tiny bubbles. It is then matured for two years in our cellars before the yeast is removed and it is ready to drink. Our perry pears make this deliciously light and refreshing elegant perry with tiny bubbles.
