Not sure we’ve tried a better overproof rum! Deep breath… Scotch Bonnet, cinnamon, clove, star anise, cooked apples, caramel, bananas mangoes, black peppercorns, creme brulee. Good high ABV drinks just offer a level of complexity most can’t compete with. Take it steady though – it’s smooth but it’s STRONG!!
