MEET THE PRODUCERS
Casa Dragones takes inspiration from the late 1700s Queen’s most elite cavalry: Los Dragones of San Miguel de Allende. Drawing inspiration from the foundation of modern Mexico and the fight for independency. Dragones is an independent, small batch producer with a passion for crafting extraordinary tequila and doing it perfectly. With an “one bottle at a time” approach, ensuring attention to every detail and the highest quality. Casa Dragones Blue Agaves are nurtured along their 7-9 year growth cycle and ripened to perfection in The Valley of Tequila, in Jalisco, in the rich agricultural lands of the Trans-Mexican Volcanic Belt. From the headwaters of the Volcano of Tequila, the water travels into the 70-meter deep natural aquifers gathering essential minerals from the volcano’s rich soil. Finally, it is put through a propriety process to yield the right balance of minerals to harmonise perfectly with the tequila. Casa Dragones uses a highly efficient process of diffusion resulting in less use of water, less energy, and producing less waste which is recognised by the Tequila Regulatory Council as part of the most sustainable method of tequila production.
