“A prickle free bramble picking day. Perfectly ripe, soft fruit sensations with cinnamon, nutmeg, dark chocolate bitterness and really fresh on the way down. This flicks the greedy switch and it's, therefore, one you may not want to share with others.”

what producer says
These vineyards have an average vine age of 40 years. The soils are perfect for the cultivation of grapes with great aeration of the soil. The plant density is about 10000 plants per hectare and harvest is by hand. A severe sorting is done when the grape arrives at the cellar followed by de-stemming. Maceration and fermentation is carried out with natural yeasts over approx 3 weeks.
