Premium 6 - Christmas Dinner

£0 £112.98 Inc. Vat

This Premium Xmas Dinns 6 will ensure rosy-cheeked smiles all around. We have Champagne that’s bone dry and incredible from all angles. Then a wonderfully spicy Shiraz from the Barossa that really satisfies. A white alternative from Burgundy that’ll stand up to all those strong Christmassy flavours. Then a proper Port with some proper age.

  • Quinta da Pedra Alta Alta No. 10 - Ten year old Tawny Port

“Walnuts, dates and raspberry compote mingle in the glass with cigar box and Assam tea leaf aromas. Rich, pure and complex with a lovely balanced freshness. Don't wait around till next Xmas to treat yourself NOW.”

  • André Levasseur Rue Du Sorbier Brut Nature × 2

    £39£25.28
  • Sons Of Eden Marschall Barossa Valley Shiraz × 2

“Big reds are what the wine people of the Barossa make very well. And this wine is no exception. It is densely packed with dark, stewed fruits, pepper, dried herbs and pomegranate. Sinister stuff but we all have a dark side that needs sating. Mwahuhuhuhaaaa”

  • Maison Auvigue Mâcon-Villages

“A good Macon-Villages always feels like a well-kept secret. Often seen as the poor cousin to the other Burgundy regions, wines from here can shine and this is one of those. Texture, fruit, balancing acid, the lot. An absolute gem.”

MEET THE PRODUCERS

Maison Auvigue

The Auvigue family has been working its vineyard for generations, closely following traditional Burgundy methods. The grapes come from family estates or are carefully selected from the best areas of the Pouilly Fuissé, Saint Véran and Mâcon appellations. To allow each parcel to remain true to itself, Jean-Pierre and Michel Auvigue always adapt the vinification process to the climate. So the climates of “La Frérie”, “Les Chailloux” or “Les Crays” in the Pouilly Fuissé region are allowed to give their very best.
