Elephant Gin

The founders were inspired to create Elephant Gin following their own adventures in Africa. With a passionate vision to conserve wildlife, they decided to launch a product that would help conservation trusts. They strongly believe that this generation has a responsibility to support African wildlife today, so others can continue to enjoy it in the future.

With every full-size bottle sold, Elephant Gin contributes 15% of profits to elephant conservation charities including Big Life Foundation, while with each miniature bottle sold, 15% of profits is donated to Sheldrick Wildlife Trust. Elephant Gin has contributed over 500,000 euros to its partner foundations through the sales of its bottles as well as fundraising events.

While its story started in South Africa, Elephant Gin is handmade in Germany with a focus on the highest quality production standards. Elephant Gin is distilled using 14 botanicals, including rare African ingredients that have not been used in gin-making before.

Focused on resolutely artisan production methods, all ingredients are handpicked and carefully checked for any impurities, guaranteeing an optimal flavour profile. Elephant Gin only uses locally sourced spring water and never uses artificial ingredients.

All ingredients are hand-selected, bottles are custom made, labels are handwritten and production is controlled in small batches. Everything is packaged sustainably from recycled and recyclable materials. Clearly, there’s little not to like when it comes to Elephant Gin!
