MEET THE PRODUCERS
Dirk Hoet (Nunci) works in accordance with the principles of organic farming, but without certification because some of his grapes are supplied by wine growers who are not certified. The vineyard itself, rising in tiers between 350 and 600 metres above sea level, benefits from cool nights, so that the grapes can be harvested later. They are picked by hand.
