MEET THE PRODUCERS
Hahndorf Hill Winery (HHW) is owned by Larry Jacobs and Marc Dobson, who operate the boutique business together with a dedicated team.
Larry was the founder of Mulderbosch Vineyards in Stellenbosch, South Africa. In 1997 Larry sold and fter falling in love with the cool-climate Adelaide Hills, they bought and further developed Hahndorf Hill Winery.
Today Larry oversees all vineyard and winery operations at Hahndorf Hill, while Marc is responsible for marketing and the cellar door.Our boutique vineyard is located at the edge of the historic, German-heritage village of Hahndorf in the beautiful Adelaide Hills of South Australia growing and pioneering the Austrian grape varieties of Blaufrankisch, Gruner Veltliner, Zweigelt and St Laurent.We also produce the cool-climate classics for which the Adelaide Hills wine region is renowned – Pinot Grigio, Shiraz and fresh, dry Rosé.
